How does the proofing process work?…
You will be emailed a proof to approve before your programs are printed. We will then go back and forth with you as many times as needed to get it just like you want it. There is no charge for proof revisions.
How long does it take to get my first proof?
During our busy season (March-October) proofs normally take 3 business days. During our slow season (November-February) proofs normally take 2 business days.
Please enter the email address on your order form where you would like for your proof to be sent. CALL US IMMEDIATELY if you have changes after you have approved your programs. We will make every effort to make changes in time, but if they have already been printed, you will be charged a re-print fee.
I want to see a proof before my credit card is charged.
No problem! We don’t charge your credit card until you have approved your final proof and your programs go to production.
I don’t have my wording finalized yet...
If you do not have all of the details of your program finalized, you may go ahead and order and then submit your wording by e-mailing it to laurie@wiregrassweddings.com or faxing it to 334-897-0315.
I already have my wording typed up, do I have to retype it into the online form?
If you already have it typed up, you can just fill out the top of the form with your design options, then proceed to checkout. After you checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You can respond to the email with your wording attached.
I want to word my program totally different than what is in your form…
No problem — just fill out the top of the form with your design options, check out and then email your wording separately.
What is the turnaround time?
We like to have your order and all of your wording at least two weeks prior to your wedding. If you have less than two weeks, we can generally push it through in time. Please call us at 800-890-1145 to see if we are able to fulfill your order. Upgraded shipping charges may be required.
How long does it take for shipping?
We ship UPS from Alabama. The map below shows time-in-transit for ground service.
